See who runs the stable

Who runs the stable lists the people who hold a position on the Roles page, the Admin first. Each card shows their positions. They write the words on their card in About you on their own profile.

Being on a committee does not put someone in a position, so committee members have no card of their own here.

1. Press About in the menu.
2. Press a person’s card to open their profile.
3. If their position runs committees, press the button at the bottom of the card, such as 2 committees, to see each committee and who is on it. Press it again to close the list.

Read the newsletter

1. Under Newsletter, read the current edition. Press the arrow buttons under the page to turn the pages.
2. Press the full-screen button to read it larger, or the download button to save the PDF.
3. To open an older edition, press its Read button under Past editions. Press Back to the current edition to return.

Publish a newsletter edition

Each upload is a new edition and becomes the current one. The editions before it are then listed under Past editions. To change a title later, press it.

Everyone in the stable is told of a new edition in their notifications.

1. Press Add newsletter.
2. Drop the PDF into the box, or press the box to choose the file. It can be up to 200 MB.
3. Check the title and the preview. Nobody else sees it yet.
4. Press Publish.

Archive or delete an edition

Deleting cannot be undone. To keep an edition readable, archive it instead.

1. Press Archive beside an edition so it is no longer the current one. It stays readable under Past editions.
2. Press Restore to undo the archiving.
3. Press Delete to remove an edition and its file for everyone.

Give to a cause

No money goes through the app. You give on the cause’s own page.

1. Under Donations, read about each cause.
2. Press Donate to open the cause’s own donation page.

Add or change a cause

1. Press Add a cause.
2. Press the empty picture box to add a picture, if you like.
3. Type the Title, the Donation link and a Description, and press Add cause.
4. To change a cause, press its title, description or link. Press the pencil on the picture to change it, or the trash button to remove it.
5. Press Remove to take a cause off the page.
