Your stables

Open a stable

If you belong to more than one stable, you can also switch stables from the list under the stable’s name at the top of the menu.

The stable you open is remembered on this device: the next time you sign in here, the app opens it.

1. Go to Your stables. From inside a stable, press the button with four squares at the top left.
2. Find the stable’s card and press Open.

Read a stable’s card

Each card shows Your role in that stable: Admin, Horse owner, Rider or Worker. You appear here as shows the name the stable uses for you. To use a different name or photo in one stable, open the stable and go to Profile.

Waiting on Admin approval means you asked to join and the stable’s Admin has not decided yet.

Removed means the stable took you off its members. Your account still works, and an invite from the stable lets you join again.

Join with an invite code

The code is 8 letters and numbers. Capital letters, spaces and dashes make no difference.

You join with your account. If you don’t have one yet, press Create an account on the sign-in page first.

A code from a puppy-raising club works only on Canidary. Here, pressing Join shows This club is on Canidary. Open it there.

1. Ask the stable’s Admin for its invite code.
2. Sign in and go to Your stables. If you are in no stable yet, the Invite code box is on that page. Otherwise, press Enter an invite code.
3. Type the code under Invite code and press Continue.
4. Press Join, or Ask to join in a stable whose Admin approves new members.

Join with an invite link or QR code

If the page says This invite is no longer valid, ask the stable’s Admin for a new one.

1. Open the stable’s invite link, or scan its QR code with your phone’s camera.
2. If you are not signed in, press Sign in, or Create an account if you don’t have one. After you sign in, the app opens the invite again.
3. Check the stable’s name and press Join or Ask to join.

Answer an invitation from a stable

A stable’s Admin can invite your email address. The invitation shows at the top of Your stables and in your notifications.

Press Join to join the stable right away, or Decline. Joining shows the stable your name and photo, and its Admin your email address.

Don’t let this stable invite me again declines and stops that stable from inviting you. You can allow it again in Notification settings. An invitation nobody answers expires after 30 days.

Start a stable

You become the new stable’s Admin, with every permission. The stable’s invite link, QR code and code are on the Stable page, under Standing invite.

You start a stable with your account. If you don’t have one yet, press Create an account on the sign-in page first.

1. Sign in and go to Your stables. Press Start a stable.
2. Enter the Stable name.
3. Press Create the stable.

Join a stable whose Admin approves new members

Some stables set New members to Wait for Admin approval. Their join page says This stable’s Admin approves each new member, and the button is Ask to join.

Until the Admin decides, the stable’s card on Your stables shows Waiting on Admin approval. You get a notification either way.
